Tim & Lannette Heikoop

Canadian Director

A former businessman with operations throughout Canada, Dean had an encounter with the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in 1990, which radically changed the course of his life! He was ignited with a passion to be about the Father’s business: awakening believers, both Christians, and Jews, to His heart and plan for their working TOGETHER for Israel - His land and His people.

Dean and his wife Patricia have five adult children and 13 grandchildren. Together, they are now helping to develop the Center for Jewish & Judaic Studies from Africa International University in Kenya. Their daughter Deanna is married to Israeli Chaim Malespin, who directs the operations at the Aliyah Return Center - in the Galilee.

Rev. Joe & Vicki Campbell

Pastor & Teacher

A pilot with a Chemical Engineering degree from the Royal Military College in Kingston, ON, Rev. Joe has flown jets, helicopters and DC-8s. Called by God into ministry, he earned his Master of Divinity in 1982 and pastored in Ontario for 26 years.

Former national director with Christians for Israel, Canada, his deep and persevering love for Israel has led him to participate with Return Ministries in the Aliyah of North America. Rev. Joe serves at the Return base in Canada as our pastor and teacher and leads Stand on Guard Prayer, a national intercessory prayer ministry focused on Israel and Canada. He and his wife Vicki are area coordinators for Family Foundations Canada. Married for over 50 years, they have three children, six grandsons and one granddaughter.

After spending ten years as a Funeral Director, Tim was called to join his father-in-law, Dean Bye and the Return Ministries’ team in 2021. His wife Lannette was raised in this environment of loving God by blessing Israel. Tim was born in Canada to a family of 12  children and spent three of his younger years in Belgium with his missions-oriented family. He has a growing passion to see the Body of Christ united to understand and live out God’s Word, especially in relation to the Father’s heart for the return and restoration of His Jewish people to Israel. We are living in an exciting hour that not only involves the return of the Jewish nation but the Church’s participation in our Heavenly Father’s prophetic plan to restore all things to Himself. Tim and Lannette have been gifted with four wonderful children.
As a family, they are dedicated to serving the Lord by serving others.

Russ & Karen Critendon

Media Team

Only God knows what He can do with hearts fully given to Him. Karen, a widowed country girl from Manitoba, committed not only to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob but to His Jewish people and the land of Israel as well.  Karen joined Return Ministries in 2007, spending many of those years sharing the prophetic Word through her expertise in video. Russ, a widowed city lad from Texas and Florida, committed to saying "Yes" to God, found renewed joy and hope in serving God and His Jewish people with Return Ministries at the Aliyah Return Center in the Galilee, using video as an effective means to share the vision.
